On The Bund we wanted to build a traditional China, in the heart of Madrid, with the elegant and eclectic decor Shanghai of the twenties.
The idea of ??opening this restaurant came up in numerous conversations with family and friends and has been taking shape over the years.
Our hope is to present the food "authentic" in our country, and for that two chefs have come to Spain, one of which specializes in the dimsum and pasta, to the delight of our guests.
We hope that in the Bund to know and taste some dishes that arouse their curiosity for Chinese cuisine.
